Rise and Shine

"Rise and shine
and give God the glory, glory
Rise and shine
and give God the glory, glory;
Rise and shine and (clap!)
Give God the glory, glory,
Children of the Lord!"

 The Red Shouldered Hawk is in the treetop, rejoicing to see a new day!

The sun is rising in the east and reflecting on Still Waters Pond

          Isaiah 60:1 (NKJV)

"Arise, shine;
For your light has come!
And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you."

Hope your day is filled with the joy and the Glory of the Lord!

 Sailing away into a beautiful day!

    1. Our church is singing that chorus as we begin our worship service prior to the opening prayer and welcome of visitors, etc. Good way to get people ready for praise and worship of our Lord!

    1. Our church is singing just that chorus portion as we begin our worship service each week right now. It's a good way to get everyone up on their feet and ready to begin our praise and worship! I'm glad everyone here seemed to know the song without me having to post a link to the music!! Have a blessed and beautiful day!

    1. Thank you, Cindy. I did have a blessed day, but then just got some sad news about a friend tonight, so I wrote about that later. Sad for me, but happy for her to be in heaven tonight. She is now giving God the glory in person!
