Easter Monday

I hope you and yours have had a wonderful Easter/Resurrection Sunday.  Today we get back to our "normal routines" and activities...

But let us not forget what Easter is all about.  After receiving the "good news" that Christ is risen from the dead, we, along with all His disciples, must share this good news with everyone! 

"He is not here, for He is risen, as He said!"
Matthew 28:6


I am feeling kind of tired today and not up to writing much, so  Lily Grace is going to share our Easter day with you HERE, as well as a special Easter message!   I hope you will enjoy what she wants to share with you.

    The Easter Bunny surprised Gary with the exact same chocolate bunny as what Lily got!!

    Our Easter was a very low-key celebration at home this year. We walked downtown to a local church service which was beautiful and featured a choir and brass performance. Later in the afternoon we watched the 1948 film Easter parade, then enjoyed a ham dinner.

      That sounds delightful, "Beatrice". I can imagine the musical performance would have been very good with the brass musicians as well. I love to hear trumpets, etc. at Easter. Oh, and that movie is a real classic. Happy Easter!!!
