Ahh...refreshing...taking time to simply relax and be is necessary. Come to think of it, that was most of yesterday for me. "Be still and know that I am God."

Some days we just have to pause and rest and reflect on all that God is doing in our lives...and then rejoice that we belong to Him! Thank you for your thoughts today. I'm glad that you could join in this little refreshing break.
