We are enjoying watching this couple, and are hoping they will bless us with some little goslings one of these days. I don't know for sure, but the female seems to be spending a lot of time on the "nest", so I am hoping that is what is happening. It will be fun to watch. Yes, I understand what your friend is saying. Renovations of any kind are not only time consuming and expensive, but physically demanding. Hopefully she will be happy with the results, and that will make it all worthwhile. Yes, I am at an age where it is better to hire it done. Peace and blessings to you as well. You are in my thoughts and prayers.Pamela M. They can be a problem though. But they are pretty. Peace and blessings to you. A friend of mine could comiserate with you about soreness. She is redoing her kitchen. I did have that on my phone, but I decided I really didn't want to use it because of privacy issues as well as it kept telling me I had too many items in the cloud or something like that. So I normally just upload my pictures to my computer for editing and then I can use them in my blog or facebook or wherever. Then I delete them from the phone so I don't have so many on there all the time. This time I was transferring new pictures and thought I had seen them all and set it to delete all imported pictures and then realized too late there was another row of pictures below that I had not included. Thankfully they weren't of anything that important...just me looking very haggard covered in paint and working hard on those chairs, and a very startled frog who had just been abruptly awakened from his sleep by a crazy woman putting her hand on him when she couldn't see him under the closed umbrella. Probably a picture of my face at that moment would have been priceless as well. LOL. But thank you for the information. I just need to be more careful and not so rushed when I do things. I am glad you are enjoying the goose story. I just hope they will surprise me with goslings swimming across the pond to my shore one of these mornings. And yes, isn't that story of the Road to Emmaus one of the best Easter stories? I love reading that one and try to imagine how I would have done in those men's place...would I have recognized Jesus as He walked with me? I hope so... Have a blessed day my friend.Pamela M. It has saved the day for me many a time. You have a blogspot blog, so you are already ready to have the Google Photos account! I don't like all the tech that practically spies on us but at least it's useful this time. I love the chairs! Now they will last and last. Thank you for the Goose Update! I am loving following them vicariously! And most of all, thank you for bringing the story of the Road to Emmaus to my mind. I really find that I can't keep up with everyone every day, but I always love to see your pictures. You enjoy the same things I do, just in a different part of the world! I hope the goose family stays too. Right now Mr. Goose is standing in the yard by himself. He's been out there almost all day. Once in a while he takes a swim, but then comes back here. He is lonely since his "wife" is staying on the nest most of the time. I do hope there will be babies!! That will be fun to watch and take pictures to share!! Pamela M. Probably not, because I doubt that I recognize Him here an now, even though I am sure He is present in so many ways. There's a song we are going to sing in the choir in a couple of weeks called, "Have You Seen Jesus My Lord?" We recorded it to put on the website for the Sunday after next, so I will be sure to share it. I love it. Thank you regarding the chairs. I hope to get them finished this weekend.
